WHOLESALE TERMS & ORDERING INFORMATION

Opening Order Minimum

Our standard opening order is a minimum of 12 decks mixed across available styles. If ordering the complete Zodiac Mantra Collection, and opening of 36 decks / 3 decks per zodiac sign for the complete 12-sign Zodiac Collection.

Reorder Minimum

Reorders have a 12-deck minimum and may be mixed across available styles, making it easy to restock your best sellers without committing to a large inventory order.

Payment Methods & Terms

Opening orders require payment in full prior to shipment.

Credit/debit cards and electronic bank payments are accepted.

Net 30 terms may be extended to approved established wholesale accounts following a successful order history.

Net 60 terms are not offered as standard terms and may be considered for select larger retail partners.

Orders placed using a manual payment method will enter fulfillment once payment has been received.

Lead Time

Standard wholesale orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on order size and inventory availability.

Larger orders, custom assortments or high-volume purchase orders may require additional production time. Estimated lead time will be confirmed when your order is received.

If you are ordering for a specific launch, event or delivery window, please let us know when placing your order.

Shipping

Wholesale orders ship from New Jersey, USA.

Orders are carefully packed to protect the cards, foil details and packaging during transit. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Domestic shipping is currently available throughout the United States. Please contact us regarding international wholesale inquiries.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the retailer and are calculated based on order size, weight and destination.

Shipping charges are calculated after your order is submitted and will be included on your final invoice. Orders ship once payment is received. Approved Net 30 accounts are exempt from prepayment requirements.

Returns & Damaged Merchandise

Because wholesale orders are purchased for resale, all wholesale sales are final.

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the affected merchandise and packaging.

Approved claims will be resolved with replacement merchandise or account credit, as appropriate.

Damage caused after delivery, normal retail handling or improper storage is not eligible for replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before fulfillment or production has begun.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, shipped or placed into production specifically for the retailer, it may no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled.

Samples

Yes. Samples are available for qualified retail buyers who would like to experience the quality, packaging and gold foil details of Mantra Minis™ before placing an opening order.

Sample availability and pricing may vary depending on the collection and quantity requested.

Online Resale

Approved wholesale partners may sell Mantra Minis™ through their own brick-and-mortar stores and retailer-owned websites.

Resale through third-party marketplaces—including Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or similar platforms—is not permitted without prior written approval.

Retailers may use approved Mantra Minis™ product imagery and product descriptions to support the sale of authorized products. Brand assets may not be materially altered in a way that misrepresents the product or brand.

Retail Pricing

Mantra Minis™ are designed to maintain consistent value across our retail partners.

Our suggested retail price is $28 per deck. Retailers are encouraged to maintain pricing consistent with the suggested retail price and the positioning of the brand.

Temporary storewide promotions, seasonal sales and loyalty programs are welcome. Ongoing discounting or pricing that could materially undermine the brand or other retail partners may affect future wholesale eligibility.

Any formal minimum advertised price requirements, if applicable, will be communicated separately to participating retailers.

Retail Exclusivity

Territory exclusivity is not automatically included with a wholesale account.

For select retail partners, geographic or category exclusivity may be considered based on location, order volume, ongoing reorder activity and overall partnership.

Reorders

Reordering is easy.

Existing wholesale partners may place reorders directly through our wholesale ordering page or contact us for assistance with larger purchase orders.

Reorders have a 12-deck minimum and may be mixed across available designs, so you can replenish your strongest sellers and test additional Mantra Minis™ collections as your assortment grows.

For larger accounts, we’re happy to work with your preferred purchase-order and vendor process.
